Cheap goods arrived broken both times

When I first ordered these necklaces, not only did they not match the picture (the second one was just a red round stone, not the one in the photo), one of them was broken. I ordered a replacement and when it came I went to open it and all the clasps broke or were broken (separated from the collar) when I started to open the plastic (so some broke just because the packaging was a little been shaken). I knew they were cheap but I expected something better. To return!
