I smoke, drink coffee and wine so you can imagine how stained my teeth can be. I have before and after photos but I don't want to upload photos before that's a shame. I argued with my dentist about taking me to the cleaning twice a year, but they would only do it once a year. So I bought this and received it within 3 days, just turned up. I read the instructions and after a bit of trial and error the results were amazing. Best money I've spent in a long time. First I tried spraying paste (buffing) but it didn't really help my stains. Then I tried a course of mint paste and bingo, the spots were gone. I then went back to buffing to get that smooth finish again. Very satisfied. I would recommend doing the bottom teeth first. As another reviewer said, the mouthguard works but will leave you drooling. Brush your bottom teeth before you drool or you'll spit all over the place.
