Great. It fits my gaming laptop and the airflow is better, but the extension screw won't screw in like a loose thread. So if I move it, it doesn't keep its position to hold the laptop. Update** They contacted me to make sure all my needs were met. I received a replacement for an issue I had with my previous product. Much better this time. You have great support.
