I love my phone strap (S20+), spare keys, health insurance (just in case) and credit card (if I want something during the walk to buy). The phone fits perfectly, very easy to unzip to take out or put in the phone. I use a bandage on my forearm, this suits me better as I have sagging shoulders. Holds up well, doesn't move over a sweatshirt or just on bare hands. The phone is well protected and other people can't see exactly what kind of phone I have, so I bought this type instead of touchscreen phones. I highly recommend this bandage.
