The best skin lightening in creams and moisturizers

I love this thing! Smells like cleansing (not quite perfumed, because of the berm) and keeps my skin free of breakouts or blemishes better than other store-bought toners. I add an ounce of witch hazel, rose water, and apple cider vinegar for increased potency. But even in this form I would recommend it to everyone. It can dry out a bit if you don't use moisturizer afterwards.
