Screws always get stuck on my cheap fans and I tear off the cheap screws with a drill at minimum speed. I ruined one of my cases by ripping out the top fan bracket and filter system. I was constantly changing and buying new fans because no fan under $30 can run at top speed 24/7 for more than a few months. Besides being very easy to install, unless you just need to enlarge the holes or have a pipe to screw in where it doesn't work. I've found that new fans that haven't been screwed in a few times are harder to get out. I love that you can just snip off the ends if you need screen clearance or look ridiculous. It really helps with the fan when the case vibrates and the only issues with my fans are that they whine over time or just slow down.
