My only complaint is that I think it would cost ten dollars less if it weren't branded. But for a shower head in this price range I have nothing but good things to say, the plastic is chrome plated but that's to be expected, that's really the defining feature of the shower head. For example, it has a more concentrated flow of water, while others have a wide pattern that makes them difficult to use in a small shower or bath. I think this one is set correctly. It's MUCH better than the "average quality" of 15 years ago. the head she replaced. I taught my son how to install a shower head with this one and it only took 5 minutes. If you're new to installing a shower head, I have a tip: Wrap tape around the water pipe coming out of the wall (to protect it from scratches) and then clamp that pipe with pliers to block the channel. how to use a second pair of pliers to unscrew the old head and screw in the new head. By keeping the wall pipe steady you eliminate the risk of accidentally twisting the wall pipe which could cause a leak in the wall. I've never had this and it's very easy to avoid.
