I bought these to carry my son's stuff to and from daycare. They are large enough for this purpose (they fit a sheet, blanket and change of clothes) and strong. The colors are the same as the picture which was great because I think it helps the kindergarten to have something special for each student. I used them to bring home my son's clothes who had a puncture. The nursery always packs dirty clothes in a plastic bag first, so I can't say much about whether the bags are completely waterproof, but I can say (unfortunately) that they seem to keep the smell of poop very good. .I had previously bought 3 packs of wet bags from a well known brand, where the bags were all different sizes, and found that I often used large bags, so I bought these. I tried to get more large bags without buying any smaller ones that would not be used and these bags are only slightly smaller than the largest bag in a set of three. The only other notable difference between this set and my other set is that they don't have a gusset that allows them to expand slightly when full, but I haven't found any practical difference in how well they work. . No wonder they still work like bags.
