I don't like it in Mosaics

How are these things supposed to work? I followed the directions but these things didn't kick in in an hour like the directions say. They were still pretty sticky and wet. We waited all day for them to harden and when we tried to take them out the next day they practically fell apart. These things are very fragile. Not suitable for young children who think they will play with it after assembly. It will fall apart easily. I assume it's just decoration? Good luck telling your four year old about this. Wouldn't buy these again
