I was so happy to receive my EggPod. I have read the instructions and watched the video. Everything worked in the microwave. Four minutes later the microwave door swung open with a loud bang. There was an exploding egg everywhere. The EggPod itself did not explode. Eggs made inside. Egg casings were everywhere. In microwave, door, cabinet and floor. I've looked into the refund issue and found that I'm not getting a refund for shipping and handling and I have to pay for return shipping to get a refund. It's not worth the rush. Forget it, but I will tell my friends not to order it. Debbie Edie
