I was eager to test out the assortment of health items offered by DARIO because I had diabetes. My experience with their internet business, though, hasn't exactly been positive. Although they provide a wide range of diabetic care items, the quality of their products has been far from satisfactory. After using a blood glucose monitor I bought from DARIO for a short while, I realized it wasn't accurate. Even though I carefully followed the directions, my readings were consistently inaccurate. I contacted their customer service department and was informed that because I had used the goods, they were unable to provide a refund. I had only recently started using the software, therefore I was disappointed because I had hoped for better customer service. In addition, I discovered DARIO's products to be extremely pricey in comparison to comparable goods offered by other businesses. Despite their claims to provide high-quality goods, the cost simply does not correspond to the value. Finally, I discovered that their mobile app was unstable and challenging to use. I frequently had to reinstall the software since it would frequently crash. Because of this, monitoring my blood glucose levels was considerably more challenging than it needed to be. Overall, I was unimpressed with my interaction with the DARIO online shop. Their prices were greater than those of other comparable brands, and their customer service was ineffective. To anyone looking for dependable diabetes care items, I would not suggest DARIO.
