Hair dryer is surprisingly quiet for a hair dryer. More importantly, it really works. My thick straight hair takes a few days to dry. Not with that. I comb my wet hair after using a towel. Then I use low heat, medium fan speed and a comb. The nozzle really helps fill my thick hair with air. Ten minutes later my hair is dry. In fact, it turns out softer and smoother than if I let it dry naturally. Nice bonus. I didn't care about the "style" function. My hair type cannot be blow-dried. To do this, I need the warmth that only an iron can provide. I'll just stick with the usual drying options. This Rosily hair dryer isn't heavy either. It's 1lb 13oz if you weigh it with the whole string. Its almost 9.5 inches from the nozzle to the end of the filter. When the comb is in place, it will appear a bit long, but that's not a problem. I just grab the nozzle/barrel instead of the handle. This part doesn't get too hot. Does your favorite nozzle fit? I do not know. But the outer diameter of the nozzle is 1.83 inch. ******** Added: This hair dryer never heats up properly. I am more than happy with how quickly it dries my thick hair. But if you like it when your hair dryers get HOT, keep looking because that's not what you need.
