It does what it promises. As a kid, I hated my light yellow hair. I also hated that every redhead woman I met said I would love it when I grew up BECAUSE I WON'T. Guess what. You were right. And when all my friends started going gray, I fell in love with my hair even more. It's finally happening to me now. As I age, my hair begins to fade. I'm glad I didn't die anyway. Anyway, in just one use it lightened my hair. Also, my hair is soft and less frizzy looking. If the naughtiness persists after lunch I'll update and say so. I am so pleased with this conditioner that I have already ordered another one in a different red colour.
