Holds up great in Florida weather!
Great product! I used it to seal the seams between the flat metal roof on the back porch. Hold onto it for almost a year now. It is very well preserved. I live in Florida so humidity and heat are very important here. I hope this helps clarify any questions about the integrity of the product. Definitely worth it. Promise. Just make sure you at least clean the surface you are going to apply this to to maximize adhesion.
