Clean immediately after use.
So far, so good. I am a former professional "chef". Warms evenly and cleans quickly. The towels are cleaned immediately after each use. The only drawback is that the dishes cannot be plugged into each other. The handle needs to be renewed. Make sure the handle is combined with the body as the metal of the pot or pan can get very hot. I have only used silicone utensils so far. I cannot confirm durability when using metal on cookware.
