I am 5'2" 118 lbs. I just received this purchase and have only tried in on - I find it hard to believe I am planning on using it to sweat in while I walk outside in hot Arizona weather. The fit on the shoulders - fit like demonstrated in the picture, a little drop off the shoulders. Comfortable look.The khaki blouse sleeve is long, but I folded the cuff and it was OK. I folded the sleeve and used the button and it was perfect. The blouse does run a little big.baggy fit and it is longer then I normally wear but the quality of materiel is dress up and very soft. I bought this one in a medium so I ordered another medium in a white and I ordered a pink one in a small to try out. I would have ordered the white also in a small but - it's not available.
