Very noisy when it first starts up.

When it first starts it is extremely loud.
There is a lot of clacking like the fan inside the unit is unbalanced. After about 20 to 30 seconds it starts to get quiet.

Fan has a strong air flow. It is very noisy tho, and just seemed to get louder over time.
