Contrary to many reviewers, I don't find the OKDESU floss any dirtier than any other floss. It's a bit bulky but I expected it since you're holding the entire instrument in your hand. Benefits: Holds enough water to thoroughly clean your mouth/teeth. Holds a charge well! In fact, I haven't plugged it back in since I charged it for the first time a week ago. Easy filling and emptying through the opening on the side. The tank CAN be completely removed for regular deep cleaning. Cons: I've only found one so far. The power and control buttons are easy to press by simply holding the device. I keep changing modes or turning them off without intending to. Maybe I can think of another handle - maybe it's just a design flaw. It definitely doesn't matter much.
