I used this to clean a very dirty floor. There are 2 towels provided which are suitable for fastening to the floor but I needed many more towels so I used terry cloth and rag and just fastened them to it. Velcro holds up well. I used a basic floor and steam cleaner and the floors looked much better. It has several other attachments. The grout works pretty well, but the bristles have come loose and melted. I am happy with it and will continue to use it.
