Review on Tobin DW2813 Welcome Friends Counted by Sasha Hsiao

I was delighted when I received this but was disappointed to find that there were not enough skeins for some parts of the design. The instructions said there might not be enough yarn for the project! For a well known brand that I've seen at stores like JoAnn Fabrics and Michael's, I'm very disappointed that the project didn't have enough yarn to complete the project. The project requires two threads instead of one for each stitch, so obviously more thread is required. It sucks I've had to run to the store twice to try and match the colors I've run out which makes me feel like the project is more like a video game that I have to buy a bunch of DLC to do to complete everything. :/ I didn't even make many mistakes to waste a thread! The design may be beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend spending $14 on a project that would require purchasing additional filaments because the company couldn't supply enough of each color. Otherwise it arrived quickly.
