For the price, this is a decent brush set that's great for makeup beginners. I found the bristles on the larger brushes to be a bit sparse and they don't pick up powder as well as I would like (I have drugstore brushes which are better and for the same price). I tried all the small brushes and really only used two of them. So I only use one powder brush (I use it for blush) and one small and one large eyeshadow brush (they are very soft and take powder well) from the whole pack. Others are just too hard and don't line well to distribute product well. Overall I'd say you get what you pay for and I ended up getting three useful brushes in one set that only cost me about $10. My brushes were not scented unlike the bag they came in and otherwise they arrived in perfect condition. I bought them with the idea that I would take them with me on my upcoming vacation and leave my good brushes at home. It's not going to happen.
