This wax warmer is really easy to use. All I had to do was unbox it, take everything out, pour in some balls of wax, plug it in and turn it on. As you can see in the videos and photos, the maximum temperature it can reach is 125 degrees. I've found that the wax melts quickly once I get to 125 degrees, but if I move it between about 80 and 90 degrees it stays melted and seems like the ideal temperature where I don't burn my skin. For me it varies because there are days when I only need about 80 degrees but when I apply at night I need a bit more due to the temperature in my house. The pre-treatment helps cleanse my skin and remove hair much easier. I still wash my face to remove excess oil because I have oily skin. It stings a bit after the spray but it helps to heal and my skin is no longer red. Cardboard rings help avoid melted wax and I can use them a few times before needing a new one. I'm on the first Wax beans have an odor, but it's not strong or overpowering. This warm kit has everything you need and I love it.
