Good for hot classes
Looks and feels as described. I always took hot classes and my hands would slip. This really allowed me to not worry about sliding anymore. I found that it fit perfectly to my mat. I have even washed it. I haven’t put it in the dryer because people said it shrank so I don’t want to temp the devil. Also, I never sprayed my towel/mat before class(cause I didn’t want to look crazy) and didn’t find that its or my performance suffered at all. Love this towel mat cover. Highly recommend.
