which I think are probably the same in any of the forearm blasters that look like this one

This product is just "okay". It has a couple issue, which I think are probably the same in any of the forearm blasters that look like this one, I believe they are sold under different names. First, after repeated use for a couple months, the grips start to slip a bit-- not a huge deal. Second, and this one is more important so that you don't get hurt.Make sure you check the nut on the bottom that holds the weights on before each use to ensure it's tight. For some reason it has a tendancy to work itself loose, and when that happens the weights come falling off. So, if you are picturing this in your mind, what is right below the weights? Your feet and toes. Yes, ouch.on two occasions I've had this happen, so now I double check each time.

Pros
  • Great for rehabilitating weakened or injured wrist and forearm muscles
Cons
  • Could cause irritation or discomfort in the wrists and forearms
