The customer support is very helpful! They have been able to help me with my account issues when I'm not there for hours (or even days) because of work commitments.
It's great that they are always willing/able to answer questions over email as well - this makes it easier since sometimes you can't get through right away due to phone lines being busy etc. There really isn’t anything bad about shredconnect so far; we've had good experiences in terms of billing & credit card processing. We're solving our paper reduction issue by helping people reduce their waste going into landfills instead of taking up space inside them.
