I'm 5ft 6"145 and ordered a 31-33 which is slightly larger than my normal waist of 30. They were just a little tight in the waist - the real problem was the slit in the crotch. that are uncomfortably pulled up at the hem. Obviously they're meant to make just as much of a visual statement as real workout shorts, but even with a jock underneath they'll be uncomfortable and have you slouching to the side. Improve the crotch but lose too much elsewhere. Ultimately not functional or attractive to my body. Still giving 3 stars because it was cotton and good quality stitching and you obviously know it's for the little one Size is meant, but there are better options on this site for this style of brevity.
