Ok1. A power cord accidentally left at home is Bad2. I was looking for a power adapter for my laptop in Revain - Good3. Found multiple suppliers with Next Day Delivery - Very Good4. The adapter arrives the next day, I open "just the top" of the box and immediately see that the output connector is larger than my input - Bad5. I sent a message to the supplier and received a reply within minutes - Super Good6. The salesman subtly informs me that there is an adapter plug for large inlets and that you actually have to pull out the adapter - great for them - stupid for me7. The adapter works great apart from a brief warning from Dell the first time around that it's not a Dell adapter - neutral about it8. Great product, super great customer service and a really stupid customer.
