I bought this thinking it would be great for cleaning and drying berries and grapes, which it is. I then used it for mushrooms and it's also great for cleaning asparagus and celery. I leave it over a stainless steel sink so I can just toss food in to pop up with a hose or faucet and let it drain after washing. Easy to clean and doesn't take up much space. Easy to adjust, strong enough. It doesn't move or stick to what I put in it. If I need the whole sink, I just put it on top of the dryer. As a result, the sink does double duty with a different finish and creates workspace.
