Although I just installed a toner cartridge it is working fine so far. I criticized V4INK for constantly emailing me for confirmation before I had a chance to test the cartridge and I received an apology. It's worth noting that off-label toner cartridges are known to hit or miss. Only time will tell if V4INK cartridges continue to be a bargain. Now, having finished one cartridge and used the second, I'm lowering my rating. Both cartridges often print dirty pages, leaving toner around the edges or all over the page. The toner does not spread well and leaves streaks until the cartridge is removed, shaken and replaced. I don't think I will reorder.
