I am an electrician and the lamps are generally good but very easy to break as they are made of a material similar to plaster. One of mine broke at the bottom because the mounting plate didn't fit properly. I had to bend the mounting tabs a bit to get the light to slide properly. I didn't know it had to be done until the light broke. The screws for attaching the mounting plate to the wall box are also not the right size, perhaps for a Chinese wall box. But not American. For this you need screws 8 x 32. The headlights look nice and fit our needs well. Care must be taken during installation
