32 inch 28 lb toddler in 2-4T fit a little tight but cute!
The length was good, maybe even a little roomy, but the waist around the stomach was a little tight. She's only 19 months old so I expected it to last longer, but I don't expect it to last more than a few months. Very cute and I love the sleeves. Leggings for cold days are perfect with it.

- The outfit is cute but it was huge for my daughter who will be 3 in November.
