I am an adult female, approximately 100 pounds and 4 feet 11 inches tall. Girls size 10-12 fits me. With 2 pairs, the pockets were half sewn, so the workmanship is not the best. I just wanted them to fool around and they worked for it. They're not as heavy as "regular" sweatpants, but it's not that cold in Southern California, so they're fine.
