I've been using it for about a month and I'm very happy with this product. I love that you can arrange the baskets in the order you want. I have a problem with the assembly instructions, they say to first attach the spacers that hold the basket to the post, then attach the baskets, then stand the assembly upright and then tighten the screws in the spacers to hold the baskets in place to keep . . This is an almost impossible set of tasks. My suggestion is to put the baskets on top of the baskets, put the pads under the baskets, adjust the rack to the desired height and place it freely in the middle of the shower, slide the pads under the baskets, put the screws in and tighten and then insert the tie rod exactly where you want. After a long time trying to follow the "helpful" instructions, this worked for me. Despite the difficulties with the instructions, I give this product 5 stars because it really is an amazing looking product for the price. It really saves space and makes me smile every time I look at it!
