Massive deadzone on controller crosspiece. Pressing left down and right works great, but for some reason pressing the d-pad up requires twice as much pressure as other directions and makes an audible click every time. Don't even try to press top-left or top-right because the pressure difference between left/right and top is so great that it's almost impossible. The problem was the same for both controllers in the kit. These are poorly designed crappy controllers that don't even work at the most basic level. Don't waste money on them.
