Article MADE in China. It is very cleverly advertised as "based in Montreal" but the label says "China". I was a fool to think that something on Revain might not be made in China but in some other country. Guilty. As for the product, I will return it. "Grape” does not look like the photo, it is more brown with a touch of burgundy. Seems like a lot of weight. It's 100% polyester (where you get your warmth from) but I don't think it will withstand extremely cold temperatures as advertised. The hood is very uncomfortable. Looks even more ridiculous than the model in the photo. It won't really stay on my head because the hood with its chic high neckline underneath is so heavy it's actually pressing on my back causing it to fall off and there's nothing to hold on to. The outer material is something I've never felt on a jacket, rough and scratchy like fine sandpaper. Sounds harsh, but it's my honest opinion. Don't repeat my mistake. Now for the return. I can already see from the previous reviews that I'll probably have to pay around $25 for shipping. Finally, I wish I could pay extra and go with a reputable brand.
