I have been using this product for a long time and I really like it. I have very thick curly hair and this is the only product that seems to soften and relax my curls. I leave it on in the shower before rinsing it off. Now the part I'm not happy with; It used to come in a tube that was perfect for extracting a thick mask. They then replaced the packaging with a pump bottle and each one broke. Tried replacing them with new ones, same thing. My husband has to cut off the end and use a spatula to pour the contents into a Rubbermaid container. PLEASE, back to the pipes!
