I Maybe you are doing something wrong or using the wrong facial item? Doesn't work for me. BUT I will buy a facial liquid instead of a cream to see if that works better. At the moment I'm only giving it three stars because of my experience with the cream. Liquid seems to work better than cream and I really liked the difference. I gave it to my daughter and she loved it straight away. Changed my three to five.
