No user will or should use them at 100% speed. It's inevitably loud at this level, but given its full 2000rpm that's to be expected. The ideal place for me is revs up to 65%, up to this point all noise is cut off due to my headset. Currently my fan speed in bios is set to 50% in/out at all points up to 70 degrees celsius and I haven't crossed that threshold yet. My GPU stays cool under heavy loads, rarely exceeding 80 degrees Celsius. Although the summer should test those numbers. All in all, this is a product of fine engineering. Of course there are alternatives, but based on the guarantee and the stable speed values, these fans are among the best on the market.
