Review on πŸŒ€ Noctua 140mm NF-A14 iPPC-2000 IP67 PWM Heavy Duty Cooling Fan, Black - High RPM, 4-Pin Connector by Alex Ferry

It's a tornado! in Computer Components

No user will or should use them at 100% speed. It's inevitably loud at this level, but given its full 2000rpm that's to be expected. The ideal place for me is revs up to 65%, up to this point all noise is cut off due to my headset. As an aside I have 3 of these fans installed as intake fans in my P600S case and in my current performance with the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280MM my I-7-7000 OC at 4.8GHz idles at 30 degrees Celsius and up to 65 degrees in CPU-heavy games (Squad etc.). Currently my fan speed in bios is set to 50% in/out at all points up to 70 degrees celsius and I haven't crossed that threshold yet. My GPU stays cool under heavy loads, rarely exceeding 80 degrees Celsius. Although the summer should test those numbers. All in all, this is a product of fine engineering. Of course there are alternatives, but based on the guarantee and the stable speed values, these fans are among the best on the market. If you're serious about keeping your system within ambient temperature limits at all times of the year, Noctua is as reliable and trustworthy as can be. Oh, also, NO RGB, so. Yes!
