doesn't last as long as I hoped

I've only had this installed for about a month and it's slowly starting to drip. The new filter will have great water pressure, but over the course of a few weeks it will become slower and more annoying until I have to buy a new one. I had to get several filters within a month to top up my water. I'm not sure what's going on with these
