Background: I am an electrician and bought this for my own home project. One of the blocks came with a broken socket ring, but it was still functional and invisible when I screwed it on, so I didn't return it or do anything about it. The setup is a bit finnish, but I installed a lot worse or harder. You will need clearance above the bracket to access the top mounting screws, or at least enough clearance to use a short or right-angle ratchet screwdriver. The included lamp arrived intact (surprising as it often breaks in transit) and is working. excellent, although it makes a slight "click". If it burns out, I'll most likely replace it with an LED block. It's definitely cheaper in quality but compared to how expensive lights of a similar style can be I thought it was fantastic value for money. recommend.
