In general, a fantastic tool for light duty and fun. I use it to access the web, view videos, listen to music, edit music, and read books. The app store is a treasure trove of valuable programs. In the long run, investing in an Apple pencil is worthwhile because it will bring out the device's true potential. The benefits:!120 Hz!, TrueTone, an expanded color gamut, and the screen in general are all myths. Even on iOS 11, I was blown away by the quality of the audio and the quickness of the app. Yes, even on such a beast, occasional animated friezes sneak through, but this is largely irrelevant. With 4 GB of RAM, you can maintain a large number of programs in RAM at once. The A10X performs as expected and is competitive with the A11. A nest egg has been set up for the future. Cons: the screen droops and squishes unobtrusively. There may be a somewhat soapy image in programs that have not been updated to support this resolution.
