great item, a little pricey but worth it;
i make cappuccinos, lattes and reheat and froth all kinds of drinks and soup; nothing like a frothy carrot, pumpkin cup of soup with black pepper and salt for zest. It is my go to pot. Every other item of similar ilk the base scorches, and this convection one does not. I recommend, safe too! I would suggest the maker build out the line to accommodate a variety of uses. larger pots, etcetera
