The timepiece was superior to my anticipations. Training with them is hassle-free because you don't have to bring your phone, and you can do everything from jogging to surfing. There are also running training plans totaling 13 parts, which will be of great interest to runners who are not professionals. I haven't worn them swimming yet, but they've stood up to the shower just fine.
