My wife uses this wrap to hold the Ace 207516 standard cold pack on her knees The gel pack that comes with this product is most likely going to be used for a hot pack when we need it. .This wrap is a nice size (7" wide x 25" long) and comes with a handy inner pocket that does a great job of holding a gel pack or cold pack to keep it from slipping out. should be closed very tightly to hold on to the elbow as the material is quite smooth inside. But it's much better than wearing a cold or hot compress all the time. The model number of the product is 203961. I have no idea where this listing came from with the model number given.
