Work well, they slide a little on my head and the buttons are on the smaller side. Size wise, it fits my head well and the fabric is very soft and comfortable. Could be my head causing the slippage, I always seem to have that problem with headbands

These head bands were really a disappointment. I’m a nurse and wear a mask all day...and unfortunately the fabric although soft, feels flimsy and doesn’t stay in place. I have bought several others without issue. That’s my 2 cents:)!
