As an avid runner, I'm always interested in bandages, bandages, and supplies whenever something bothers me. Most recently this thing was on my foot/ankle. While resting I was still in pain when I went to bed, just the light weight of the blanket stretching my leg. These braces were supposed to fix it and it definitely helped. It doesn't offer as much support as knee or wrist braces, for example, but at the time it was really all I needed. I am happy to report that I am 100% back. I'm not entirely attributing it to that, but for the small price, even the 1% increase in healing is worth it.
