I was quite happy with the product but very unhappy with the Craftsman customer.

I was reasonably happy with the product but very dissatisfied with Craftsman's customer service when I tried to contact them to complain about either a design flaw or a defect in the metal caps I was using ordered from Revain but very strong magnets are in the sleeves of the racket covers. The magnets are used to hold the club caps on the iron shafts. That seems like a good idea. However, in some cases the magnet stuck together while the cases were off the clubs and I couldn't get them apart. I was on a 4 day golf trip and lost some of my cases. because the magnets were attached to each other but not attached to the racquet shafts. I wanted to tell Craftsman about my problem and if they could allow me to buy individual lost head covers instead of buying a whole new $40 set. However, the company does not have a customer service phone number, only an email address. About two weeks ago I sent them an email explaining the problem. They replied to my initial email and said they would escalate my complaints to a department within the company. I never received a reply or heard from the company again. I'm reaching out to Revain in hopes they can help. Covers are great when they work properly. They stay in clubs. They are attractive with large, easy-to-read numbers, making it easy to organize and choose clubs during play.

Pros
  • FI This is a new locking method that keeps the wand tight and never falls off.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
