I like best is its ability for real-time updating; it also has some automated functions which makes my day less stressful working at times when there are more transactions than expected (sometimes). Also can be used offline if network connection isn't available or sometimes doesn’t work well so we need WiFi signal as our office building didn' have access point but only cellular coverage was given by telecom provider! As mention above please make sure before signing any contract agreement what exactly they will provide us after getting service from them because usually their promises don t turn out truely unless someone takes care about checking first everything very carefully! So far i am satisfied although not fully yet since still waiting till all issues regarding services were sorted through properly without being forced into accepting unsatisfactory offer/solution just due time limitations etc., The ability of GTS Retail to integrate with other applications such as our Oracle ERP is what we really like. GTS Retail has been a boon to our operation. We can now process a large number of transactions in a short time compared to what we used to take in the past. Our tellers are no longer tied down to the counter and can now multi-task and process a large volume of transactions.
