I like that it's easy to use, intuitive interface makes reporting simple with great features (such as time tracking). It also has some really cool add-ons such scheduling etc which are useful if you have more than one employee in your team or office - but not necessary otherwise! Easy setup of new users/employees within an organisation was very helpful too so there were no issues at all once we had set up our initial accounts / user permissions correctly; however this took us about 3 hours due to lackadaisical support from their side upon request during onboarding process! This can be improved by having better customer service when setting things straight after first contact e.g via phone call instead sending emails only asking questions without answering them back immediately afterwards ;-) So far nothing major dislike wise just minor annoyances here &there :D We've been using kanbo since last year now though.
