There appears to be a known bug in the product which is causing the screen to turn on and off at random times. I emailed the manufacturer's support and was advised to try other cables than the ones that came with it. Support said that if the new cables fix this they will give a cash rebate on the cables. I tried several cables I had on hand and when they didn't fix the problem I ordered new cables. The new cables fixed the problem but after sending the bill to support I haven't heard back from the cash refund. I would raise my rating to 5 stars if the manufacturer compensated me for buying new cables. EDIT: The seller has since compensated me with new cables which I had to purchase. The rating has been raised.
